JAS System is used to find assignments for upcoming meets and competitions.

Click here to access the JAS System.

Please do not forget to do the following:

  1. Be current with all required memberships and USAG requirements.
  2. Update your availability. Whenever your availability changes, either as you become available or if you are no longer available, make these changes. Assigners will use your stated availability as a guide.  Don’t miss out on being assigned because you have not entered the correct availability.
  3. Make sure when you accept a meet, you create a contract.
  4. Notification of assignment. You will receive an email notification from JAS assigning system whenever you are assigned to a meet.
  5. Confirming your assignment. There are two steps to this process:  You need to do both.
    • Confirm your assignment
    • Create a contract

When you have completed this, a copy of the contract will be emailed to the Meet Director, to the State Judging Director (Gaill Caspare) and to you.
